Orders above AED 100 will receive free delivery. For orders below AED100 an AED22 delivery fee will apply.

The customer bears responsibility for the condition of their order if a request was received to deliver and leave their package in a specific location. After a non-direct delivery is completed, Firstaidgoods.com is no longer viable for the condition of the order.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund or exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of the purchase with proof of payment. Products must be presented to us before we can move forward with the return policy.
We don’t accept returns of items that are altered from the time of their original purchase, used, or bought on sale. And also we are not accepting ID Tags that are already engraved.
Firstaidgoods.com is able to refuse returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
All refunds will be given with credit to be spent at https://goodone2.com.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
